Doris Alcivar, Ed.D is the most recent addition to the FirstXFounder team. Doris began her role as Asst. Program Manager in June and oversees programming and operations for both the WCBA program and ELabNYC Masterclass series. She was most recently of Columbia Business School, where she acted as the Senior Associate Director of Employer Relations. Doris has expertise in DEI and completed her dissertation on the relationship between higher educational institutions and undocumented students.
